Coach Adam Decker is more than a coach—he’s a leader, mentor, and a true pillar of our Florence community.

A father of six and a dedicated PE teacher, Coach Decker has spent years pouring into youth through sports. Alongside his wife, he actively coaches multiple programs in our community, helping shape not just athletes, but strong, confident kids.

With extensive basketball experience from his playing days through college and years of leading travel teams, Coach Decker brings both knowledge and passion to the game. His focus is simple: build skills, build discipline, and build character.

At Coastal Elite, he’s helping lay the foundation for the future of basketball in Florence.

Brody Terry grew up in Florence, Oregon, where he was a four-year starting point guard at Siuslaw High School. During his high school career, he finished in the top five for most points scored in a single game in school history and set the all-time record for most three-pointers made at Siuslaw. His performance on the court earned him multiple college scholarship opportunities.

Brody has trained with respected NBA skills trainers such as DJ Sackmann and Jacob Begin. He is eager to apply the advanced training methods and techniques he has learned to help develop the next generation of players. Brody is passionate about player development and looks forward to helping athletes elevate their skills and reach their full potential.
